Some producers talk about “reasoned culture”, “biological production”. Since already 13 years I introduced a concept of wine culture which gives back to the ground its fundamental role of plants’ development and not on a dead support that is artificially nourished with chemical fertilizers.
I simply gave life to the ground by resuming the microbiological activity of soil.
I am truly convinced to respect the soil and the authentic wine-growing.
I am a forty-two years old winegrower, married and father of two children. I run my vineyard which is located in the Loire Valley Touraine region. I settled down as a winegrower in 1989 in Montlouis on the right side of the Loire River. I always respect an old tradition of wine-growing.
Most of my sales are made on the national territory. However, exportations represent 15% to 20% of my vineyard’s annual turnover.
